Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your full card details never reach our servers; we store only the payment status and reference for your order.

We email order confirmations and delivery updates for orders you place. We do not send marketing emails; if that ever changes we will ask for your consent first, and every marketing email will carry an unsubscribe link.

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax obligations; account data is kept while your account is active.
